First Day of Work

今日はＨ＆Ｍ初出勤でした～

朝９時～午後の６時まで・・・・働いてきました！

感想は・・・楽しかった！感動した！

という、二言ですね。

もちろん大変で、たくさん間違えたけど、ずっとやりたかった仕事だったし、気持ち悪いけど勤務中ずっと、ニコニコしてました～

朝一からレジとか言われて、本当に焦ったけど、楽しかった！でも１２時くらいからピークで、１時間常にレジ打ってた感じで、大変だった！笑

１時から１時半まで昼食べて、そのあとはフィッティングルームでご案内！

フィッティングルームのご案内はマニュアル通りに従えばいいから、あまり難しくなかったけど、常にお客様の案内して動いてたから、肉体的にかなりきつかった！

そして、３時からまたレジへ・・・・

またピークのときに、レジになってしまって、緊張して、超汗かいてたけど、なんかクレジットカードの対応やらフォルディングやら早くなって、慣れたからよかった！

外国のお客様も少なくはなくて、英語も使えて、本当に良かった！

「英語うまいですね」

とか言われたのがかなり自信につながったね！

これからも頑張ろうと本当に思った！！

あとは日本語の練習だな！笑

次の出勤は木曜日！

それまでにちゃんといろいろ反省して、練習しよう！

これからが本当に楽しみ！

なんか私のことばっかになっちゃったけど、そんな一日でした～！

As much as I want another pair of Minnetonkas or UGGS, I feel they are just way too popular and casual. And plus, I've already got Minnetonka boots and UGG boots.

These kind of biker boots are probably more suitable for me. I can work in them as well cause they are flat. What do you think?!

HELP!!

So I start working at H&M this weekend......

And whilst I am super psyched, I am also very scared and nervous.

H&M has been my dream part-time job for a while now and I really hope that I do well.

The thing that has been worrying me the most for the past few days is what I am going to wear everyday.

Although one of the staff told me to wear whatever I want as long as it doesn't go against the rules on the handbook, a part of me really feels the need to brush up my style......

Just because it's a clothing store I will be working for. Not a restaurant, not a cafe, not at a cram school or an accessory store. People are always going to be looking around, looking at you for new ideas and styles. And in probably most cases, people will be judging you in their heads (like I do when I go to apparel stores!)

That thought just freaks me out. So of course what I need right now is inspiration.

Thanks to an amazing site called LOOKBOOK, I am bound to find millions of sources of inspiration.

LOOKBOOK never disappoints.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Oh wow, it's been a while! *hehe*

I thought I was doing quite well with my blog but looks like I'm still the same old me!

Anyways, since my last blog I've been up to a few things!

First things first, I am officially employed!!!

Couldn't be more excited to work for the one and only H&M! I start working next week.....should be fun! I am extremely nervous though!

And at the end of August, I went to Okinawa with my uni friends, Mina, Miku, Joseph and Lorna! It was so much fun!! Some epic memories were made! *hehe* I will blog more about that in my next post....

On Saturday, I went to Oizumi's school festival! It was fun and made me nostalgic! Meeting people I haven't met for a while was suprisingly refreshing!

We went to this extremely sophisticated place called Brooklyn Parlor in Shinjuku! I went with my sister a few months ago and really liked it. It's just such a comfortable place. Definitely a place I would recommend!
